Established in 1979, Esther Myers Yoga Studio offers an intimate and supportive environment for yoga and meditation practice. Our faculty of educators is well trained, knowledgeable and committed to working with students at any level of experience and ability. We teach an approach to yoga that is slow, meditative, simple and deep, is based on breathing, grounding and elongation, and appropriate for gaining flexibility, awareness, relaxation, and bone strength, for self-reflection, stress management and healing.
