Evolve Studio

Evolve Studio is located in beautiful Bronte, Oakville. We offer Hatha, Restorative, Sivananda, Yin/Yang, Gentle, and Chair Yoga. On Wed. mornings we also have a Pilates class, and Thursdays at 8 am, an hour of meditation. Please see the schedule at
Evolve Studio also has an office/treatment room with different practitioners every day! There is psychotherapy, Reiki, Angel Therapy, and Psychic Medium readings, to name a few.
We also host lots of interesting events, such as Belly Dancing, Breathwork, Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction groups, and a Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy program.
The studio is also for rent for groups such as meetups, networking, or workshops. The cost is $25 for the first hour, and $20 for each additional hour.
Kersti Abawi is also offers Phoenix Rising Yoga Therapy as a practitioner-in-training. Her fees for this are $50 for 90 min. Visit for more information on this amazing practice.
