Supportive and comfortable Yoga practice

As a Nurse Practitioner I can attest to the value of Exclusive Yoga. I have been attending classes 1-2 times weekly for several years. Classes are easygoing, relaxing and supportive. Many breast cancer patients and survivors attend the class ( I am neither) and the support for each other is palpable. Camille's approach is calm and non- judgmental. She encourages participants to do "what feels right for your body today" and adapts positions for those who have limitations. The studio is beautiful and immaculate with padded mats, as well as yoga mats, for comfort. I highly recommend Exclusive Yoga to anyone looking for a supportive and comfortable yoga practice!

Restorative Yoga

I love this class! Joined 15 years ago after surgery and treatment for breast cancer. The poses have helped me in the healing process. I now have a good range of motion and continue to look
forward to this Yoga in its safe and spiritual environment!

excellent yoga class

Camille is an excellent yoga teacher. The studio is beautiful with plenty of room and classes are small. I started 7 years ago while in treatment for breast cancer and have been attending weekly ever since.

This is the most beautiful yoga studio I've encountered in the Boston metro area…. Morning or evening, summer or winter, Camille's 3rd floor space is spotless, beautifully lit, and extremely welcoming. All the props and mats are clean and well organized, the music is spacious and nuanced, and Camille's verbal pacing of the class allows you to meditate in motion for an hour.

The class is a bit of a drive for me and a little more expensive than some others I attend, but it's always worth it.
The sequence of warm ups and range of poses that Camille has put together is extraordinarily well considered, so your whole body feels rejuvenated and balanced afterwards.

You don't need to be dealing with breast cancer to find Camille's yoga sessions valuable but her studio is a safe, supportive space to heal, recover, and get stronger if you do find yourself in that situation. Clearly, Camille's done a wealth of research about the mind/body connection and is well versed in the various breast cancer treatments and side effects, but she never speaks about disease during class- you do a private session with her first so she knows what's going on. She keeps an eye out for those who may be fragile or unsteady in particular poses on a given day, but suggests possible variations without performing modifications directly or drawing attention to anyone's body in particular.

I learned of Camille's yoga studio while undergoing bc treatments and found the sequence of poses, pace of delivery, and environment tremendously helped me deal with the treatments. It was such a relief to find a class where I could learn to adapt my yoga practice to new circumstances and learn to trust my body again. When your immune system is compromised, it's comforting to do yoga in such a clean, considered space that's not a medical clinic. It's also a great way to meet others who may have travelled similar paths but are now recovered.
The studio is easy to get to from route 128/95.
