The tranquil Experience Yoga studios are my home away from home. No matter the stresses of the day...as soon as l step through the gates into the beautifully landscaped gardens l know that a warm and welcoming experience is awaiting me. Thank you Caroline!

Lovely traditional yoga

I have been attending yoga classes with Caroline for the last 4 years. I love my weekly yoga sessions as they have helped me in so many ways. Bringing awareness to my core, improving my flexibility and helping with my upper body strength. All these have helped me to continue playing hockey without having to go to see the Osteopath or Physiotherapist so often.


I also love the small classes and how Caroline takes us slowly and carefully through steps so we can continue to progress along our yoga journey. I am learning to breathe more deeply and to meditate both of which are a challenge for me but I love the peaceful end to the sessions. I am thrilled that my husband has finally started and he loves it! He keeps telling everyone how much it's helping his flexibility and his hockey. I would highly recommend Caroline's yoga classes to anyone new or experienced.

Cant find a better way to start my day..!!

I had been meaning to start practicing yoga for a long time and then just decided to start one day.

Now I cannot imagine a week without Caroline' sessions. I am very appreciative of the style that Caroline follows during the class, very clearly explaining the postures and how we can adapt them for beginner - advanced levels. I feel so much fresher and ready to take on the day after my session.

Thank you Caroline

I have just started doing yoga at Caroline’s studio and am thrilled to finally find somewhere that is perfect for what I was looking for… I wanted somewhere I could go to challenge me physically – make me stretch and help me get stronger – whilst also giving me a chance to stop and unwind from a hectic full time working mother’s life. I love the focus on stillness and quiet. I don’t get that anywhere else – I know I could have made it happen at home – but I never have. I am so pleased to find a yoga class that represents the perfect balance of challenge and peace. Looking forward to getting stronger and calmer. Thank you Caroline

Peacefull, clarifying, caring

When I found Caroline's classes I was looking for a intermediate practice that didn't strain my joints. I have found that along with a great stretch, core strength, less negative thoughts and more contentment after each class, and know the Experience yoga studio is somewhere I always come home from feeling better than when I arrived. This is a studio created with care in mind.

The extra Integral Yoga teachings from the visiting Swami Ramanada this January were magical and had me enjoying every moment of summer and precious family time.

Yoga is the highlight of my week. It has become my "ME" time. I have been attending Caroline's yoga classes for many years now and the more I go the more I like it. Yoga is my perfect way to refresh after a hard week of swim training for Masters Swimming. My strength, breathing and flexibility have improved as a result of practising yoga. The care and attention I receive has had a positive effect on my life. I have come to rely on the unconditional support and guidance that Caroline gives to me in times of ill health. The joy of practising in such a beautiful tranquil studio space with lovely people next to me creates a very positive energy in my life.

Lovely and Nurturing

So wonderful to attend a Yoga class that allows you to feel so supported and nurtured. Small class numbers mean that you are able to totally connect with yourself. Very tranquil environment with community spirit and wonderful teaching support.

Much more personal experience

I've been going to Caroline's classes for over a year now and they are fantastic. The small class sizes mean she is able to tailor it to suit particular strengths while being aware of weaknesses. It makes for a much more personal experience. Yoga can be deceivingly difficult at times, but the benefits outweigh that by a long way, and I've seen so much improvement in my physical and mental wellbeing. Caroline's passion for yoga can be seen through her dedication to her students and her willingness to provide a calm and welcoming environment in which to practice.

Tranquil home studio

I have been attending Caroline's classes for many years now and recommend her classes if new on the yoga path. Her home studio has small classes in a relaxed environment. I have discovered the importance of the physical and mental well being yoga brings to ones life. It can be challenging, but once hooked you become committed to the harmony that yoga brings to oneself. I attend once a week as I have other physical activities, however I enjoy the high level and attention Caroline give to her classes.

A peaceful haven

Caroline’s meditation and yoga classes are a real haven from the busyness of life. No matter how tired or stressed I feel when I walk in, I always finish the class feeling peaceful, centred and rejuvenated. Caroline provides a beautiful place to relax, feel comfortable, and focus simply on the moment. She tailors her classes to the needs, physical capabilities, and experience of the people attending; creating a warm, friendly and accommodating setting for absolute beginners through to the more experienced. If you are looking for a yoga or meditation class, I definitely recommend giving Caroline’s classes a try!

Yoga is now part of my life

I have been practicing Yoga for five years now with Caroline at her beautiful studio in Brighton. Since then, Yoga has become much more than just about the physical benefits it provides. Caroline’s style of teaching through Integral Yoga has provided me with a wonderful framework with which to practice mindfulness, relaxation and meditation. Yoga with Caroline therefore offers both physical and psychological benefits. It is a great tool to assist in managing your stress levels and improving your overall well –being, and has become an essential part of my weekly routine.
