The Center’s yoga instruction is rooted in the Himalayan Tradition of astanga yoga, which means the “eight-runged yoga”. Ashtanga Yoga’s eight-rungs, or eight-parts, are the yamas, niyamas, asana, pranayama, pratyahara, dharana, dhyana, and Samadhi. For 15 years we been in the community. We offer yoga classes, yoga teacher training, t'ai chi classess,Awareness through Movement (Feldenkrais method) classes, meditation instruction, and a Healing Touch Program. We also offer a wellness center that includes acupuncture, massage, reflexology, Healing Touch, Indigenous Medicine, and professional counseling and art therapy.
