Fortis Fitness and Strength Training & YOGALUX

If you like anonymous gym yoga and you're just here to work out, then you'll love this place. It's brand new and it's pretty. Maybe that's why there isn't much real yoga happening here, or maybe because the front desk people aren't super inviting or knowledgeable as a first contact in the space? I had high hopes for this place but sadly walked out very disappointed. The yoga class was fine sequence-wise although a few questionable things, but I couldn't believe the teacher walked out after it ended and didn't even offer to answer questions or speak with students outside the room--she just disappeared!

My experience at Fortis and Yogalux has been nothing but great! I love the yoga and after attending classes there for a few weeks I have begun to branch out and try the other things they offer including Barre, Cycling, Boot Camps and TRX. They even have open gym in case I want to get some cardio or weight lifting in. I don't have kids but the Kids Care area looks like a lot of fun and I see a lot of moms taking advantage of it.
