You can select any type of yoga to learn and practice. Generally there are two main types HATHA and ASHTANGA and both are taught here. For other contact Masterji. If you are a new to yoga it is good for you can learn many good things of yoga.
The students will have ample of time and opportunity to meet and discuss with Master ji on yoga theory and practice. Masterji, perhaps, is one of the few teachers who spend a lot of time with the students.
1. Day routine ---
a). asana: for Ashtanga style classes: Primary series. Intermediate series or according to the level of the students.
General asanas for those who cannot do ashtanga/vinyasa style.
b) Pranayama
c) Chanting mantras
2. Teacher Certification:
a) 200 hours
b) 500 hours
c) Short duration (less than 200 hours)
