Been practicing at garden of yoga for years. They make me feel like i'm at peace and it's a time for just me.

Love this place

I have moved away from Chicago, but in the past few years stumbled upon this gem of a studio. Whenever I come to town to visit my family/mom in LP, I try to fit in a practice or two. The instruction is fantastic. Dialogue direct. I am a huge fan.
