Everybody's interpretation of the benefits of yoga practice for the mind, body and spirit is unique.
At Gloucester Yoga Studio we emphasise enjoying the journey over end results; whatever the goal – be it achieving balance, increasing self-compassion, cultivating a calm mind, seeking to achieve a greater self-awareness, losing weight or getting stronger – somehow spending regular time on the mat and focusing on breathing and postures seems to lead towards that goal.
Whether you regularly practise yoga or are a complete beginner, we'd love you to come to come and try our classes at the beautifully renovated Blackfriars Priory in the heart of the Gloucester waterside.
We are running regular classes for all abilities on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday evenings and Tuesday mornings. If you are new to yoga, or just need to be a bit knower to yourself, we run gentle beginners classes on Tuesday mornings and evenings.
