Grass Roots Yoga is an inspired community of unique individuals offering a nurturing sanctuary to explore the path of yoga.
You will find a warm and friendly environment in which to begin or further your yoga practice. We offer hatha yoga for all levels of experience, weekly meditation classes, and monthly workshops
We offer classes 7 days a week in a quiet, private, studio setting. All classes are drop-in, with no pre-registration required. Beginners are welcome, and no previous yoga experience is necessary.
Mats and props are provided.
