Harmony Yoga was one of the first yoga studios in the south bay. We opened our studio in June of 1999. Our classes range from beginning level to advanced. Our teachers are all certified instructors through the Yoga Alliance and most are full time teachers. A few of our teachers have been teaching since we opened. Our teachers are passionate about yoga and it's many benefits. They continually educate themselves through workshops and trainings, taking from master teachers all over the world.
Once you begin your yoga practice, you will understand the value of this Eastern practice. Doing yoga on a regular basis (3x a week) will lower stress levels, improve digestion, help you sleep better, give your muscles, joints and tendons more flexibility and range of motion. Like any other form of excersice the results don't happen overnight, that is why we call it a practice!
