We teach Hot Vinyasa Yoga which means “connection” in Sanskrit, through the synchronization between movement and breath. This synchronization is achieved by a series of poses or “asanas” that joined together by the body through rhythmic breathing, creates a pattern called FLOW; this flow allows students to create strength and energy in the body.
What makes our yoga HOT is the use of infrared panels that keeps our studio at a 35-Celcius degrees temperature improving the benefits and performance of our students.
These infrared panels imitate the sun's rays providing a pleasant warmth that allows our students to go deeper into their postures, promoting joint and muscle flexibility and thus preventing injuries. It helps the body to get rid of toxins, improving blood circulation and metabolism. It is also an excellent tool against depression, anxiety and stress, and can be particularly helpful for weight loss.
Our students have everything they need for their workout as well as the personal care and attention of our teachers to help them to reach the correct postures. Our students improve their performance at their own speed.
Our teachers have a professional dance or body training background, because no one understands better how the human body works than trained professionals within the body performance field. By hiring former professional dancers and body trainers we can assure that the postures and progression of each of our students will be taught in an accurate and professional manner.
