Traditional yoga poses are linked together with gentle flowing transitions with a focus on stretching, increasing strength, coordination of breath with movement, and safe alignment. Students will gain flexibility, build strength, practice quieting the mind, and improve breath awareness.
Open to all levels where beginners will safely learn the basics and more experienced students can take postures to a deeper level.

A quiet, meditative yoga practice that is challenging but doable for all levels of students.
Yin poses are passive, meaning you’re supposed to relax muscles and let gravity do the work while you calm the mind and work to remain present with the pose. Poses are held for extended periods of time with minimal use of props.
Rocket yoga is rooted in the Ashtanga Vinyasa practice of yoga. This sequence is combined and restructured “to get you there faster” (Bob Weir).
This style is dynamic and has a fast-paced flow of yoga. Beginning with sun salutations for warm up then standing poses, leading on to balances then seated poses. We end the class with a traditional closing series followed by relaxation.
This class incorporates all concepts of core strength, balance and flexibility.

Yoga Core aims to strengthen and empowering the body. H«This practise will teach students to access their core so that they can achieve inner power. This inner power then builds a foundation for the practicioner to tap into their mental power to focus , keeping up with a more challenging swquence.
Yoga Balance enables us to find our center of gravity and play around with edges. Through breath work and focus on stilling the mind we will work on how to still the wobling and create a sense of fluid stability.
In this class you can overcome feras in a place of calmness.
We will play around with standing and seated balances as well as inversions.
