It has long been our wish to bring yoga to Loupoigne and the surrounding community. If you don’t live in a large city, access to yoga classes that are both close and convenient can be difficult. We hope to change that.
The benefits of yoga are innumerable and it is our intention to offer classes that allow as many people as possible to discover and experience the practice of yoga. From April 2018 we will offer daily classes. For those wanting to deepen their practice we will also run yoga retreats throughout the year. Please refer to our schedule and retreats page for more information.
Our yoga programme is led by Sandrine Herman, who teaches a Vinyasa Flow style of yoga. Her classes incorporate asanas (poses and postures), vinyasa (dynamic movement synchronised with the breath), pranayama (breathing exercises) and meditation. Visiting international yoga teachers will also contribute to bringing you a true diversity in practice.
We aim to teach yoga in a safe, fun, accessible and intelligent way. Our style of yoga will help to make you stronger, fitter, more flexible and energetic and better able to deal with stress. Our classes are open to ALL irrespective of age, body shape, level of experience and fitness, whether you have an injury or have never tried yoga before.
