The intention is to build a supportive community where everyday people can work at their own pace to improve upon their individual health needs.
At this studio students come first with the focus of bringing proper alignment and muscular balance into the body. Each class is designed specifically to suit the needs of those in attendance and incorporates various forms of meditation and breath techniques to bring a sense of equanimity into the body as a whole.
The goal is to keep spreading the great life tool that yoga is to as many people as possible.
