This class is designed to offer students a nourishing, weekly retreat. This 90-minute integrated practice will begin with restorative postures and teachings from the tradition of yoga. We’ll spend about 40 minutes in slow moving, breath centric asana followed by 30 minutes of pranayama, meditation, and deep relaxation. This class will help you understand the deeper teachings of yoga. It will support your personal practice and your efforts to integrate the fullness of yoga into your everyday life.
