Inspired by the Maya Yoga of Nicki Doane and Eddie Modestini, Vinyasa Fusion offers a unique opportunity to explore this relationship through a blend of Ashtanga and Iyengar yoga influences, with an aim to serve the needs of every individual. Here, we practice meditation, pranayama, and asana in a safe, alignment-oriented manner with dedication to foundational integrity. Above all else, yoga is a self-reliant healing system.
