My name is Jeannie Warfel-Letourneau, owner and co-founder for Jeannie Fitness. I have taught yoga for over 24 years and have been in the fitness industry for 32 years. Teaching and helping others reach their fitness goals is my life long passion. Most importantly, I strive to help people value their life and happiness.
At my studio I teach Hatha, Vinyasa, and Power Yoga. Within each class I have incorporated Pilates and the Barr Method to strengthen your core and improve your yoga practice.
Over the years I have developed my own style and unique class. The classes are empowering and give you inner and physical strength that will transcend into your everyday life. We have members that have been practicing with us for over 18 years. So when you join our classes, you are also joining a yoga family.
At the studio(Jeannie Fitness), we also offer Zumba Fitness and Cardio Kicboxing are a great complement to your yoga practice. Cross training a cardio program with your yoga practice will give a well rounded fitness program increasing your stamina, flexibility, and strength.
Another thing we do regularly at Jeannie Fitness are special events during holidays just for fun and we get really involved with the Susan G. Komen Race for the Cure each year with our team the Jeannie Fitness Warriors. Building strength to help others is one of our mantra's we live by.
