After many challenging years as a self-employed single parent, yoga transformed Janes life. Now a grandma to 2, instead of winding down in life, her life is expanding into new dimensions.
Reversing the aging process, yoga has given Jane mentally increased strength, focus peacefulness & presence, coupled with a dramatic increase in physical flexibility, range of movement & strength resulting in a higher level of living.
