This class emphasizes flowing movements with attention on the breath and alignment in yoga poses open to all levels of experience with modifications offered throughout the class. Improve strength, balance and flexibility through standing and floor yoga postures! Class ends with deep rest and relaxation to balance, renew and energize your day. We are adding a group meditation class in September to be held every other Sunday at 6:00 open to all levels of experience (no experience necessary) led by Jessica Ackley.
