Passive poses are held 3-6 minutes to release connective tissue holding patterns in the body. Main focus in on hips & lower back. Meditation and pranayama balance the mind and breath, creating a connection to the body from deep within. Class may include Crystal Bowl or other meditation.
An intermediate vinyasa flow that will build heat strength and flexibility. Formated to an hour for those who need to fit yoga in during lunch break or for those who want their yoga quick but challenging. Class will include sun salutes, balancing poses, backbends, core-strengthening, hip opening and inversions. All levels.
