Julia teaches therapeutic yoga, restorative yoga, and chair yoga via zoom. In private sessions, she helps individuals with a range of physical and emotional difficulties—including stress, back pain, and chronic illness. From 2009 to 2013, she taught a 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training as an affiliate of Integrative Yoga Therapy, and she has taught Teaching Chair Yoga for yoga teachers since 2008. She teaches workshops on a variety of topics, including mudras, chakras, back-care, and osteoporosis.
