I concider myself very lucky to be able to share and teach the light of yogic sience. I love, love to see students developing and discovering how wonderful Yoga is.
I teach Pranayama, Meditation, Ayurveda science and Shatkarma. Asana practice that i teach comes from Ashtanga Vinyasa ,Hatha & Bikram yoga. I like to mix the traditional and the newer forms of yoga. I also teach Aerial Yogilates, which is a combination of yoga & pilates performed on Aerial hammocks. Namaste
