Kripalu Yoga Drop In Class Tuesday's 7-8:15pm
Kripalu Yoga, known as meditation in motion.
This is a practice which heals and integrates the body and mind.
This style develops awareness and awakens the heart.
Kripalu Yoga is appropriate for all fitness levels and body types.
In these classes come as you are, leave any judgments or expectations behind; but prepare to develop harmony, happiness and health.

Use the passes to meet your schedule while enjoy the benefit of saving per class. Please note passes expire within one year of purchase.
Come as you are
No previous experience required. Kripalu is a gentle style, each class offers variations to meet individual needs and limitations. Wear comfortable clothing and leave judgments and expectations behind.
Mats and Props
We offer use of yoga mats, pillows, blocks and straps. If you would like to bring your own that is fine, but studio props are available for student use as needed.
