A moderately paced practice that focuses on alignment. Body, mind & spirit are nourished in beautiful moments that include pranayama, meditation, chanting, and asana. Class includes basic standing and seated postures as well as shoulderstand (variations and options are always given) and downward facing dog. Bring yourself to the experience of Yoga. Students should have some experience with Yoga before attending this class. Absolute beginners please let the instructor know you are attending.
This is a passive practice that increases flexibility gently over time and improves circulation, thereby improving health, which improves the mind and increases happiness.
This practice is followed by a donation based breakfast from our "food-4-all" cafe. not into yoga then join us for Saturday morning vegetarian, vegan, gluten free, organic meal, made with love & respect infused with kindness. from 8-10am
