Join Sudha each Sunday evening and practice the ancient art of japa. Class will focus on the Goddess Ma Durga, but students can allow their hearts to focus on the form their heart is called to. Jai Ma.
A gentle to moderately paced practice: body, mind & spirit are nourished in beautiful moments that include pranayama, meditation, chanting, and asana. Class includes minor inversions such as legs up the wall and downward facing dog. Bring yourself to the experience of Yoga. Absolute beginners please let the instructor know you are attending.
A calm 90 min. resortative class. The use of props allows you to easily relax into restorative postures held for 2-15 minutes. Live meditation music helps you drift away into comfort. Class by donation.
