My daughter and I had a marvelous 8:30 am session today with Cindy. She was so gentle, encouraging and very caring. It was a blessing to attend the class. My favorite part was the last stretch with mini head/face massage with oils and eye masks. Lovely. I would recommend Cindy to all my friends/family. Thank you!!

Cyndi will soon be using those gentle talents in our Deep Stretch classes only. Our Vibrant Vinyasa classes are described as active and energizing. I am glad that you appreciated her gentle style and hope that you will attend Deep Stretch, a practice that is supposed to be gentle. We hope to have you back for another practice in the future.
