We offer private and semi-private lessons in alignment based yoga. Each lesson is customized to specific requests a client would like to address. Taking off the pressure of being in a big group when you need to keep up the pace, private and semi-private lesson format offers a nurturing space to surround. It helps to reduce anxiety and stress as well as teaches to listen to your inner self.
We also offer meditation sessions that can be paired with your yoga lessons or simply be on its own.
