My kind of yoga isn't about being bendy or about having a gym experience, it's about doing something for yourself that feels good, comfortable and right. It's about deciding to claim 90 minutes out of your week to be.
Bring a yoga mat if you have one or borrow one of ours.
Yoga is best on an empty stomach so maybe eat an hour and a half before your class. Wear shoes that you can easily slip off at the front door as all classes are done with bare feet.
Wear something that allows you to move easily without restriction.
Classes begin on time: please arrive at least 5 minutes before class but not any earlier than 30 minutes before the class. If you are coming for the first time, please come 10 minutes before class so that we can chat with you about any illnesses, injuries or sore bits that we may need to take special care with.
Prices :Our 90 minute classes are $15, or a discounted rate for payment of a term up front.
