Our ethos is to be a place where people of all ages and abilities can develop a regular practice.
We offer gentle yoga for those who may be nurturing an injury or who prefer a gentler practice. Chair yoga for those who may find it difficult getting up and down from the floor.
Our restorative class is a passive practice, which is like a body meditation, allows the body to relax into bolsters and various props supplied by the centre. These postures are great for calming the mind and nurturing the entire body.
We have dynamic classes for those looking to build strength and endurance. To acquaint yourself with the various poses are Hatha class offers the foundation postures. If you'd like a class where you are moving with your breathe, our flow class would suit. We also
have Ashtanga (power) yoga. Any of these three classes would be good for those practicing other sports or looking to tone muscles.
We have several qualified instructors who will guide you through your practice, offering cues on how to align the postures and connect with your breath.
