It is our vision to bring the benefits of yoga to everyone which is why are offering a variety of classes and workshops for all levels. The studio is nestled in the Sonoma Valley surrounded by a beautiful mountain range and local vineyards and wineries inspiring us with nature and culture as we explore the ancient practice of yoga.
