Dress comfortably, bring a mat, and water. Prepare to move, and then end with savasana and meditation to integrate the practice and restore your body.

This class takes you on a journey through the ancient stories and texts of India and how these stories look similar to the stories we have in our own lives today. You'll thread the theme of the story into your Hatha Yoga practice, which may include poses, breath-work, meditation and other yogic practices, to turn your yoga into a practical lifestyle for when you are "off the mat" and back in the world of living your story.
This is a Restorative Yoga class where you will deeply relax onto yoga props to allow the body to open into poses. You will focus on relaxing the mind so the body can begin healing itself from the inside out. Dress comfortably and come prepared to let go.
