At Lotus Studio we offer a dedicated space in which to develop your yoga practice. Lotus Studio is a serene sanctuary conveniently located in a beautiful, historical building in central Knysna, the heart of South Africa’s Garden Route.
Our practice room is bright, clean and airy. Enjoy the feel of rich, wooden floors beneath your feet. Large sash windows allow sunlight to stream in during the day and stars to shine on our evening practice. The studio is fully equipped with mats, blocks and other practice props.
Centre yourself with a balancing Hatha Yoga class, invigorate and awaken with a Vinyasa Flow practice, develop precision with Iyengar Yoga, unwind with one of our deeply relaxing Yin and Restorative classes, cultivate calm through the practice of Zen meditation. All Lotus classes are guided by certified teachers and offer qualified tuition to students of all levels.
