Lower Sackville Yoga is not a studio. We are certified yoga instructors based in the Bedford/Sackville community who teach to clients we adore, in spaces we love (like the historic community center Acadia Hall at 650 Sackville Drive, Lower Sackville).
We've got the flexibility to come to you for Private, Workplace or Group Yoga sessions.
Our regular classes are offered as 6 weeks terms for $70 and most are also available as drop-ins for $15.
