Hatha Yoga for all levels in group classes or individually are held in the Heart of sunny Biarritz and cote des basques‬ . In the Summer we organise classes on the Beach of Anglet.
We also organise retreats in England, Portugal, Estonia and France to give all the opportunity to have a physical and mental Holiday full of inspiration, fun and sharing.
