Hatha Yoga for all levels in group classes or individually are held in Biarritz, Anglet and Bayonne . We also do yoga retreats in France, Maroco and Asia.

We also organise retreats in England, Portugal, Estonia and France to give all the opportunity to have a physical and mental Holiday full of inspiration, fun and sharing.
