Medfield Yoga opened on Park Street in January 2011. It is our intention to offer the community a comfortable, welcoming space to practice their yoga. Since we opened, we gathered and grew, adding classes, teachers and students, and have been serving our community from our beautiful space ever since.
Gratitude, compassion, and respect form the core of our teaching. We strive to empower each student to find strength, balance, and peace. All classes are taught with safe, compassionate, and skillful teaching in a variety of styles and at all levels. All of our classes are open to all levels of practitioners.
Medfield Yoga's mission is to provide a supportive, focused atmosphere where students of all levels can develop and nourish their individual practice.
