To get started simply show up a little before class is scheduled to begin. Please sign-in before taking part in class. The sign-in in sheet is also a waiver form.
3 DAYS ON, ONE DAY OFF. Start your day off right. 5am Mind Body Bootcamp Your body is built for a wide variety of movement, in Mind-Body Bootcamp two-thirds of our workout is heart-pumping & fat-burning with both athletic drills and ZUMBA, work at your own pace, take breaks when you need to. The other third of our workout is body-shaping, strengthening & stretching with pilates/yoga and always a moment of stillness, relaxation, & visualization, when you tune in to who you really are.
3 days on/1 day off: Studies have shown working out three days followed by a day of rest is optimal for getting results, so MAY/JUNE we are going to try it.
Week days one hour: 5am-6am,
Weekends 90 minutes: 5am-6:30am.

JUNE: 3/4/5, 7/8/9, 11/12/13, 15/16/17, 19/20/21, 23/24/25, 27/28/29
