NATA is a new yoga, meditation, and vegetarian cooking center in eastern Paris. We offer a variety of classes seven days a week to support your body, mind and health. Our bright studio is surrounded by private gardens and feels like an oasis of peace in a busy urban environment. Our kitchen is warm and homey, not a cold, stainless steel "laboratory." You never know when you might get to taste a bite of a recipe chefs are experimenting with or share in the bounty of one of the cooking classes when your yoga practice ends!
