We teach yoga in Nicosia and Larnaca. The goal is stretching exercises for beginners, as well as for people who have already practised yoga and want to continue. At the end of each lesson there is meditation. People lay down on their mat, and the teacher guides them to stop thoughts and to travel to a place of peace and bliss. There are different type of meditations, such as meditations for stress relief, for finding the answers to problems, healing meditations, for cleaning the subconscious from childhood trauma as well as from traumatic experiences in their life. Also there are breathing exercises for insomnia, to convert negative thoughts into positive thoughts, to balance blood pressure, to heal asthma. Above all we try to clean the Tsakras from negative energy so as the positive energy will appear and bring positive situations and positive people to each person's life.
