Nirvana Yoga is the spiritual system developed by Guru Madhavacharyan in more than 40 years of yoga practice and teaching.
It is a complete system, with sadhanas including asanas, pranayama, meditation, kriya, poojas, hommams and mantras.
It is situated at the very spiritual end of yoga.
The classes are based on a stimulation and relaxation system, leaving you relaxed and focused after one hour and a half of practice.
We combine the exercises for the body with practicing mindfulness, bringing the mind inside the body and learning to live in the present.
