I truly believe Yoga is the key to health and happiness.
My aim is to challenge and inspire you to find strength and balance both in your practice and in life; to be vibrant and centred in your body and mind.
I have been practicing yoga for over 20 years and am a Certified Yoga Teacher (2 Years Teacher Training – 350 hours). I am an active member and Registered Teacher with Yoga Australia, which requires ongoing Professional Development every year. I love participating in these courses and expanding my knowledge of Yoga and Anatomy, keeping up with all the latest research and passing this on to my students through our practice.
All Levels are Welcome! In every class I provide options for Beginner, Intermediate and Advanced Practitioners. Props are provided so that all poses can be approached safely. Every body is different and at North Beach Yoga we adapt poses to suit all levels of flexibility and range.
