The North Shore Iyengar Yoga Centre comprises of me (Joy) along with 7 other certified Iyengar Yoga Teachers, most of who I have trained.
I opened the Yoga Centre 18 years ago & still absolutely adore my original hobby that I have been lucky enough to graft into my career.
All my fellow teachers & I are a friendly, patient & well-trained lot & we pride ourselves in welcoming everyone that steps in the doors.
