About Us

“Nova Terra - Natural Healing Centre" is a beautiful space in the heart of Cascais , with an innovative and broad concept in the area of ​​Spirituality, Natural Healing Therapies and Self- Knowledge .

We present several activities aimed at harmonizing and balacing the Human Being, on a physical, emotional, mental and spiritual level:
- Holistic Natural Therapies,
- Regular Yoga, Pilates and Meditation Classes,
- Activities for Parents , Infants and Children,
- Consultations and Workshops on Healthy Nutrition,
- Ecological Solutions, Bioconstruction and Geobiology, Permaculture , etc.

Our main aim is the return to the True Essence of the Human Being , helping its Life Path / Way of Knowledge . We aim at the development and improvement of the Individual, Collective and Planetary Consciousness , supported by Love, Peace, Truth, Freedom and Responsibility, in order to create a New Paradigm - the New Earth !

We have a large team of professional Therapists, Teachers and Trainers, who devote themselves heart and soul to their patients and students .

Founded in 2012, this large and bright space , with magnificent views over the skies and sea of Cascais, is located in a quiet residential area, but very close to the town centre, Avenida Marginal, Cascais Train Station and Cascais Villa Shopping Centre.
It consists of a large main room for Yoga , Activities and Training , and 3 offices for consultations, therapies and massages, overlooking gardens and the Atlantic Ocean.
