small, intimate studio, warmed by a woodstove in winter, and open to the breezes and birdsong during warm months. completed outfitted with props: mats, blankets, blocks, belts, bolsters, sandbags, and peace and quiet!
classes are always 90 minutes long, and draw from Kripalu, Iyengar, & a little Kundalini . . . we do slow flow, yin, restorative, simple inversions, supported backbends, core, brief meditations, and always - deep rest.
