The Drop-In class is a dynamic system of exercise that is enjoyable and at the same time focused. It is suitable for people at any level of strength or flexibility, from beginner to intermediate and advanced. Vinyasa means the coordination of movement with the respiration. When you do it for a while then you enter a frequency of vibrating energy that instills peace and calm into your whole being.
Mandala means sacred circle–during the yoga practice you will be doing circles around the mat.
Hatha Yoga is the traditional Yoga from which all styles of Yoga originate. Hatha is a deep practice that helps you learn more about your body and get better at observing your mind.
It doesn’t matter if you are a beginner or an advanced yogi since the practice is based on the krama system-sequence which means the same pose can go up to more advanced levels or down to easier levels. Either way the pose will be strong and the benefits will be the same. The classes are designed for beginners to intermediate level.
