The adjustable system of ropes and straps is of great benefit to experienced students, enabling them to improve alignment in standing asana, and to increase mobility in backbends. It also provides support in inversions and traction for forward bends.
For beginner students, the support of the yoga wall enables access to various asana while learning the engagement of small and large muscle groups, an essential foundation for performing the asana on the mat. The therapeutic application of the yoga wall means that those with MS, scoliosis, back and neck injuries, knee and hip injuries, balance and strength issues, postural alignment problems, disc problems and arthritis can practice yoga postures to bring long lasting pain relief.
The majority of our clasees are general yoga and all of our teachers are fully qualified. All classes are casual, so there is no need to book and all equipment is provided.
