On The Mat Yoga has welcomed and taught yoga students of all levels and abilities since 2002. We offer a wide variety of classes to meet all of your yoga needs. If you are brand new to yoga or just looking for a refresher, we offer "Beginner Yoga" classes to learn and master the basics. For athletes and anyone struggling with flexibility, we offer "Yoga Stretch" and "Hips & Hamstrings" classes. Slow Flow is the way to go if you are looking to move slowly and cultivate more peace and balance in your life. Our signature class is a heated "Flow" class. We have 15 "Flow" and "Hour Flow" classes every week. In this vigorous class, you will move, sweat, strengthen and stretch. On The Mat Yoga offers a number of other types of classes, such as "Restorative Yoga", "Yin Yoga with Deep Relaxation", "Yoga for Children" and "Prenatal Yoga".
