On Water Yoga classes include a short SUP lesson, a warm up paddle, and then a drop of the anchor for a sweet yoga experience unlike any other! Designed for all levels, you will be guided through a flowing sequence of postures strengthening and lengthening all of the major muscle groups, opening up the breath, inviting in peace, and moving into greater alignment with yourself and the natural beauty that is on the water.
Audrey takes her 14 years of yoga practice and training and brings it onto a Stand Up Paddleboard (SUP). Audrey is a trained SUP and SUP Yoga instructor, a certified and experienced open water and pool lifeguard, she has a Bachelor's degree in Education, has worked as an EMT, and has been a lifeguard on the beach in Southern Calif. Her love and passion for teaching, yoga, SUP, and the water all combine to create an experience unlike any other. Her SUP Yoga classes combine a yoga flow practice with the added fun of floating on a SUP.
