Offering stand up paddle yoga classes and workshops June-September on beautiful Cape Cod. Classes are based on Hatha yoga principles and are designed to be gentle and perfect complement to a peaceful SUP atmosphere. SUP boards make the ideal yoga mat! All levels welcome. If you've never paddled before SUP beginner lessons are suggested prior to joining a yoga class so that you feel more confident on the board. Call or e-mail for class days/times and to reserve space. All equipment including board, paddle, PFD, and anchor are included in pricing. Must have 2 registered participants to run class.
