Our Warm Variation class is conducted at 26 degrees (normal room temperature). It’s a beautiful flowing class, integrating yoga movements with controlled breathing. This class is suitable for students of all ability levels. It’s ideal for people looking for a gentle, restorative and meditative yoga class without the elevated heat. Breastfeeding mums are welcome to participate, but please notify the instructor upon arrival.
Our Hot Vinyasa class is a high-energy, calorie-burning fusion of Hot Blend and Hot Power. A new yoga sequence is performed at every class to keep things fun and interesting. Take time out for yourself and learn a new posture at every session. A dynamic and challenging sequence, followed by a flowing floor sequence, will leave you feeling uplifted and rejuvenated.
