Perennial Yoga & Meditation

If you are looking for yoga and meditation classes this is the right place. The studio is beautiful overlooking the prairie. A great place to find some peace. There is a place to have tea and talk which is very inviting. One studio is smaller and hotter than the windowed one. I have been happy with all the classes and instructors I have had. There is usually some quiet meditation time in each class. I love the peace I feel here which is different from other studios I have been to. The flow classes still really get you moving! If you are looking for a yoga experience that is not like a gym you will love Perennial Yoga!
